
My story
The Feldenkrais Method changed something in me that I hadn't been able to reach any other way. I arrived with [back pain / anxiety / a body I didn't trust — Hanna to complete]. What I found was something that worked not by correcting me, but by inviting me to notice, to explore, and eventually to trust my own nervous system. That experience is why I'm now in my third year of professional training — and why I teach.
