Weekend Intensives

Two days. One theme. Real change.

Each intensive is a small-group, immersive Feldenkrais experience built around a single theme. You'll move, rest, and develop a new relationship with a part of yourself you've been trying to manage rather than understand.

Neck & Shoulders: Finding Ease Where You Carry the World

Most people with chronic neck pain and tension headaches have tried stretching, massage, and physiotherapy. What they haven't tried is understanding why their neck braces in the first place. This two-day intensive uses Feldenkrais movement lessons to work with the deeper patterns — the way you hold your breath, brace against effort, or organise your head and spine during daily life. Suitable for desk workers, drivers, musicians, and anyone carrying sustained tension through the upper body.

Anxiety · Stress · Mental health · Burnout

Explore Your Nervous System: Feldenkrais for Anxiety & Mental Well-being

Anxiety lives in the body as much as the mind — in a braced jaw, a held breath, a belly that never quite releases. This intensive works with those patterns directly, through Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement®. No talk therapy. No performance. Just a different, slower conversation between your brain and your body. For people navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.

Pelvic Floor & Feldenkrais: Beyond Tightening

The pelvic floor is connected to everything — your breath, your spine, your hips, and your experience of chronic back pain and tension. This intensive approaches it through the whole system rather than isolated exercise. Suitable for all genders and bodies. Particularly helpful for those who have been told to 'just do Kegels', and for whom that advice hasn't been enough.

Repetitive strain · Hand & wrist pain · Neck pain

Feldenkrais for Knitters: Craft Freely, Feel Better

Knitting is a whole-body activity — hands, wrists, forearms, shoulders, neck, and back all participate, whether or not you notice it. This intensive addresses the movement patterns that build up during repetitive craft work and helps you return to your needles with more ease, less pain, and sharper sensory awareness.
