Every lesson is an invitation to your nervous system — not a demand.

ATM lessons are guided movement sequences — usually done lying on the floor or sitting — that give your nervous system new information about how it can organise your body. They work by making movement easier rather than stronger, more curious rather than more correct. People come to ATM for back pain, neck and shoulder tension, anxiety, poor sleep, and chronic stress. Many also come with no specific problem — simply wanting to feel more at home in their body.

What to expect

No prior experience

Every lesson adapts to where you are. There is no performing, no keeping up, no right answer.

Online or in person

Online ATM works remarkably well. You need a mat, enough floor space to lie down, and a stable internet connection.

Cumulative learning

Each lesson builds on the last. Students often notice changes not just in movement, but in how they handle stress and tension day-to-day.
